I have been in a funny place with my career / job and a friend recommended this book. It was the right read at the right time!! Insightful and most definitely high energy!! Things have been amazing in my work since reading and applying many of it's suggested techniques. It's as if I have a whole new job! I would definitely suggest it for anyone looking to ramp things up a bit...

I love this book! It's honest, thorough, compassionate, and real! Deborah Brown-Volkman has created a strong companion to her other highly effective handbooks that addresses career enhancement from the perspective of health. I like that she examines not only how you eat and move, but also how you think. Organized in a step-by-step system, you can make huge strides towards improved energy quickly and efficiently.
Because this books looks at maximizing energy from all sides of your life, the benefits you experience at work can also occur in your life. To feel great in life every day is a great bonus. Highly recommended!

As a law of attraction success coach, I will refer clients to this book to help them wake up to the idea of getting more vibrant energy from their days.
This book fills a need among today's workers. What is better than feeling great each and every day? But it's important to realize that when you get in the corporate scrabble, you often forget to take care of yourself. Few books spell out how to let go of resistance, anger and blame to achieve a highly energetic vibration. They're more likely to tell you to eliminate coffee and highly processed snacks. Here are 3 things that I want to share: 1. Don't just read this book, but re-read and study it every couple of months. It offers incredible reminders to help us to stay aligned with a higher success and energetic vibration. 2. Staying on task is especially hard when you find yourself in the daily grind. Deborah offers tips so you stay on task - -and they are terrific! 3. Deborah and most of the experts address vision and intention. What if you would wake up everyday with the intention to feel great? I believe it really can be that simple. (I gave it 4 stars because where she discusses vision statements the use of the word "will" -- meaning in the future is used (I will..). As an attraction coach I teach feeling as if... I suggesting using the word "choose" instead of "will") :)

Deborah Brown-Volkman did a wonderful job condensing an incredible amount of information in an organized, precise and informative manner. She covered in an easy readable form the various reasons for not feeling great and what steps to take in order to feel healthy, happy and confident, not only in the job place, but in all areas of life. A worthwhile book for everyone to read!
