This book is heavily advertised on websites that damage your reputation such as mugshots dot com and such. The ads lead you to believe that it will show you the "secret" tactics to get these removed. The book is just a rehashing of very basic SEO strategies which do not remove the listing at all. The strategy is to create enough of your own search results to push the offending listings to the 2nd or third page. There is no specific information regarding reputation management. Just create articles, press releases, web 2.0 sites, social media and all of the other incredibly laborious tasks needed to push the offending listing down in the results. You are better off paying the extortion fees to have them removed unless you have tons of time to do the normal SEO work required. If you know nothing about SEO then this book might be useful. This basic SEO info is readily available online at no charge.

I purchased the Kindle version of this book. There is some weird text and black boxes throughout, but it didn't detract from the main message.
If you are a small business or are thinking about starting a small business, this book will be VERY helpful to you. It teaches you search engine optimization techniques that work. They make sense. And they aren't difficult to do. You want your customers to type in your company name and see what YOU want them to see. And as a consumer, I now understand why some very small businesses never show up when I do a google search on them using tag words (when I can't remember the name of the silly business). I am very glad I purchased this book and think the techniques and strategies are invaluable to a small business. I learned A LOT and will be able to help friends who have small businesses but don't know why they aren't getting enough traffic.
If you are an individual who happens to google your name and you see something horrific, this book may help you if you want to expose yourself more on the internet. I would prefer to slide back into anonymity and have the horrific link poof into cyberspace. If you just want it to go away, then hire TJ to do it for you. Saves you from having to expose yourself more and it will be gone very, very quickly. Well worth the money. If there are plenty of positive things and only one negative thing then you can use his techniques to push the negative item far down into the depths of google.

Johnny Hebda Reviews: This book was extremely helpful, easy to read. I also had a few questions about the strategies suggested in the book and the author Tyronne Jacques responded immediately. This book is a must for beginners or PR departments for any business. His strategies will be very useful in creating positive information about your business and dominating the first page of google. Highly recommend. If you are going to purchase only one book for SEO work, this is the one to get!!!
