John Gilchrist earned his law degree from Catholic University. In addition to his practice, he serves as a legislative counsel to a number of statewide associations and is a lobbyist for the Ohio General Assembly. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association.

Edward A. Haman received his bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University and his law degree from the University of Toledo. He has practiced law in Florida, Michigan, and Hawaii, and has served as a Michigan Circuit Court domestic relations hearing officer. He has written or coauthored numerous self-help law books, ranging from titles that are national in scope as well as state-specific subjects. --This text refers to an alternate Paperback edition.

This book is a real winner. It's highly specific and informative. I believe that anyone with a little common sense and the ability to stick with a task could indeed handle their own divorce with this book.

The clerks of court at the courthouse are very helpful if you make a mistake or two.

Get this one and save a ton of money...
