My favourite book as a child
Having always been obsessed with ghosts, I carried this book with me like it was my bible for a long time. I actually borrowed it so many times from my school library that they told me I had to stop and let other children have a chance to read it. :D I give it five stars because it is so accessible and informative, as well as entertaining, for the 8 years + age range...

This book is perfect for ghost hunters
For all kids who like ghosts, and want to find some, order this book. It's cleverly written, with the diffrent types of ghosts, and diffrent ways to catch the ghosts. Even a few ghost stories. so for the kids who like a scare, buy this book.

I actually borrowed it so many times from my school library that they told me I had to stop and let other children have a chance to read it. :D I give it five stars because it is so accessible and informative, as well as entertaining, for the 8 years + age range but without being patronizing or insulting. I loved this book. Any young ones interested in ghosts will love it too.
(It also has sample forms in the back for interviewing witnesses and documenting cases - how cool is that? I made my own copies and toted them around...sigh...nerdy from the beginning. :D) |
