This book gives you some of the basics of starting an LLC in Florida but I would recommend "How to form a Limited Liability Company in Florida, 2nd edition, by Mark Warda" if you are trying to start a LLC.

I started using this, just diving right in, only to find the hours I spent making paperwork were totally wasted. Get the book by Sphinx Legal instead.
