If you plan to start a corporation, LLC, or partnership in Georgia you would be smart to read this book. Although it's a bit out of date, much of the information is still quite useful. The book leads you step by step and includes sample forms and solid information. The author is quite biased against LLCs and prefers people set up a corporation instead. I'm not convinced this is best for everyone, but Brown suggests tax benefits will make the difference.
