Funny stuff,

I discovered this duo after they were allowed to ask a question at one of the democratic primary debates. I've been hooked ever since, Jackie and Dunlap are really funny, and they goof on both sides pretty equally.
Their youtube videos are topical, but this album is more general in its comedy, which while it isn't quite as funny, it's probably necessary, elections and news stories would be over by the time you listen to the album. The skits are funny though, I'm generally not a fan of redneck humor, or Larry the cable guy type stuff, but these guys have a wit that is a little different. I would say the music is the weakest aspect of the album, it's cute, but I would have rather had more skits. Still, there's enough laugh out loud humor on this CD to justify a purchase, and definately check out their youtube videos.

I listened to these guys after downloading from Rhapsody.com, and I gotta say that its worth it to buy this album. Unlike one of the other reviewers, for me the music was more of a distraction to the comedy bits. The stuff on Talledega, Jackie's Mom, Impressions and etc had me laughing so hard while driving that I nearly crashed my car.
I come from Central Illinois, and as the son of a Tavern owner, I can say I've sat next to guys at the bar that are EXACTLY LIKE Jackie and Dunlap, but not nearly as witty. Dunlap's description of Talledage as being like a certain movie by a certain country singer just slayed me. Keep it up guys!

it's good to listen to some great humourous political stuff that has no hint of viciousness. These guys are great. (hope this helps me win Jackie's truck)
