90 Days or Less is an arsenal of heavy duty strategic weapons for quickly arming a coherent job search mission and landing the job of your choice. Matthew DeLuca motivates you from "day one" and shepherds you through the entire process. He gives you a good insider-looking-out perspective on the job hunt process helping the reader to anticipate all phases of job hunting from Getting Organized to Closing the Deal. 90 DAYS is an excellent reference for transitions from one job to another. More important, if you are a recent college grad consider your Resume and 90 DAYS OR LESS the two most important tools to have in hand before you begin you job hunt.

After reading this book from my local public library, I bought it for my own. It's hard to get a new job in 90 days, but this book puts you on the path. It does have excersises in it though. Some people need those. The tips are very good even in todays job market.
