Wow! Every excuse you can use is here!!! Man, I don't even have to even think of anything. Person who wrote this is has it totally together and the responses REALLY WORK. You end up laughing your head off and so does the offending human on the other end of the phone line! I told all my friends here at the bank, everybody I know. This is a great book! RECOMMEND IT HIGHLY!
