This is a recording of a talk given by Dyer and Chopra at (I think) the Chopra institute. They are both speaking "off-the-cuff" and provide a description of what is required to manifest something into your life. There are 4 "reallys" required to manifest anything: wish, desire, will/intention, and passion.

I was somewhat disappointed that they didn't go into detail on "how" to manifest something, but just outlined what was required. They both agree that meditation is an excellent way to achieve a powerful state for manifesting, but leave this as an exercise for the listener. A good companion to this tape-set is the Dyer CD called "Meditations for Manifesting" which contains a guided meditation to manifest anything into your life.

On the whole, I think the other materials put out by Chopra and Dyer individually are much better. Only buy this tape-set if you've read their other works first.

Deepak Chopra and Wayne Dyer are inspirational! These great men have combined their thoughts and views about Spirituality and hidden knowledge, backed with decades of research, into a Healing, Informative presentation that will make you understand the quantum mechanics behind our thoughts, bodies and Soul. For those who have never delved into the mysteries, or those who think our lives are not magickal, this series is a revelation! These men are very well-educated and they believe in sharing the methods of Healing that they have discovered....mostly, relating to a person's mind-set and BELIEF in God, self and Healing Power. Doctors of the future may be in for a complete restructuring of their own beliefs, after this work gets-around for a few decades! Be on the ground floor of scientific revolution, check these guys out....and Listen to their ideas. You might just find yourself acquiring more Energy, wealth and Health. I usually would not ever recommend "self-help" tapes, because most of the stuff on the market is goofy or geared towards capitalism and propaganda. However, Deepak Chopra and Wayne Dyer are Genuine individuals, with a strong desire to raise the consciousness of humankind and explore the reality of our Inner Nature. The stories they tell, to help people relate to their ideas, are welcome words for the whole family. Children do not know they are incapable of great things, until they are Programmed to believe this untruth.... Personally, I have always been a "Scurvy Elephant," myself.

I highly recommend that everyone listen to this series. As the Director of Positive Changes Hypnosis in Ridgefield, CT, I suggest that each of my clients purchase this program to help them understand and reinforce the power of positive and productive thoughts. If we want to change our future, we must change our thoughts and beliefs to the ones we really want to manifest in our lives. Dyer and Chopra express perfectly exactly what I want my clients to understand. I suggest you buy a copy for yourself as well as for someone you care about.

I have read several books by both Chopra and Dyer. This tape was humorous and somewhat interesting but " nothing new under the sun". Seemed a bit disjointed.
I could have spent the money on something with more depth from them. I felt as if this was just a quick tape made to sell because of their names.

I found this tape set to be a good introduction to both Wayne Dyer and Deepak Chopra. I'm much more familiar with Dyer than Deepak Chopra. Initially I was a little skeptical about Deepak but when he first starts talking his manner is so easygoing that I was quickly won over. He starts off one of his segments by telling a story where he jokingly admits he is a "Quack". Nice to see this honesty.

If there is one thing missing -- it is that the tapes are too short!

Definitely a must buy. You can listen to the message easily within an evening.

Heard the taped version of Wayne Dyer's HOW TO GET WHAT YOU REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, REALLY WANT, which seemed to be taken from one of his TV specials.

My overall impression: Still another winner from Dyer.

If you ever get the chance to read, see or listen to him, jump at the opportunity . . . he is soooo fine . . . his advice is always down-to-earth, and you'll find that it can be applied to any virtually any situation that you are facing.

In HOW TO GET, Dyer urges you to release all negativity, blame and venom . . . break all bonds with the past, dwelling instead on love and forgiveness . . . as A COURSE IN MIRACLES teaches, "I can choose peace" . . . Dyer's message is to make that choice and everything you want can be yours.

Furthermore, I got value from these other thoughts of his:
Practice being kind rather than being right.

When you keep your attention on what you want you don't want, what you don't want is what will keep manifesting in your life.

Never ever allow yourself to think about what you don't want. That's what separates masters from ordinary human beings.

Over the years, I've been a fan of Wayne Dyer, listening to him on audio mostly. Normally, I'm the one who grows through these types of self-help books, but so has he. I view him as a man who walks the walk, not just pays lip service.

Deepak Chopra is someone I admire, but I haven't read as much of his books, not like I have with Dyer. This have been the first time I've experienced the combination of the both.

Dyer's wit and willingness to discuss his human side is a motivator. Chopra is a deeper thinker and less funny. The two are a bit like sweet and sour sauce for the soul. Both combined makes a winning combination.

The two disc CD is in front of a live audience where they discuss how to achieve your goals with four simple steps. This is a great motivational tool in my book.

Wayne Dyer and Dr Chopra are truely magical when they speak together. I have had the audio cassette for years and listened to it many many times. I rediscovered it recently and I am listening to it again. I "hear" something new each time I listen to it. I bought another cassette so my husband could have one for his car and that our thinking could be on the same page. I have many of Wayne Dyers and Dr Chopra's books and cd's etc. This one is magically delightful. I laugh with it, and feel inspired. If you like Wayne Dyer of are thinking of buying a motivational cd--this is the one to get.

Two spiritual brothers share wisdom & good how to advice for getting what you want. Valuable learning experience.
