A wonderful little book,

I have several cycling books and this is by far the most succinct. Yet it is also the most useful and the one I most often pick up for reference. I am continually amazed at how useful I find this tiny book. Contains 99% of what you need to know about training and riding. The information in this tiny tome is at least as good as that in several books I have by authors selling coaching.
