I am an adult Girl Scout and I love this book. It's so neat for those who love the GS to see how our movement began. This makes a wonderful gift for that special GS volunteer!

This is a reprint copy of the old Girl Scout book. To look and read it now, it seems funny to see the directions given to our Girl Scouts. It's a fun read and great to take to troop meetings for our current Girl Scouts to read and to see how things have changed over the years. Adult Girl Scout Leaders will enjoy this book as well.

"Girl Scouts of America" will celebrate 100 years of American History in 2012! This
booklet should be in every troop's possession. It is so unique and shows how far along Girl Scouting has come! As an adult with 51 years (active and inactive) of Scouting I have seen many changes in uniforms, trainings, badges, cookie sales, etc. But the unique value of GSUSA is love of God, country, and fellow citizens! God bless Juliette Low and God bless America! |
