Elvis loved singing Gospel music and put his heart into every song. "How Great Thou Art" is no exception, in fact it is one of his best and most powerful performances! He was awarded his first "Grammy" award for this record in 1967. This song was released as a single in 1969 and just missed breaking the Billboard Hot 100 in the US, peaking at 101. A truely inspiring song and performance!
