As a parent Dr. Gilbert's book did 2 things for me. I received a great education on how to wisely guide my children. AND I can use the book as an 'authority' when giving my college bound kids some key insights on how to succeed to the highest degree. This compilation of gems is truly an 'instant' classic.

How to Have Fun... is a great guide for college students who aspire to be successful. As a college professor, I am disheartened by the fact that I see students make the same mistakes semester after semester. So many students who could be successful are not; this book would help eliminate 99% of the problems that I see.
Dr. Gilbert is a talented writer and the pages turn quite easily. It is obvious that he has "been there" as a professor and has seen what makes students succeed (and fail). I highly recommend this book. One word of warning, however: Gilbert's method requires that students make an effort. All too often, students fail because they simply don't want to put in the time.

This book is the BIBLE of motivation...You should buy it only if you are truly serious about bringing yourself to the next level in life..
By me acting upon the tips recommended in this book...I have gone from being a homeless young immigrant who couldn't speak English and who constantly blame my circumstances ...for life not turning out the way I wanted... To becoming a world renowned speaker..A prominent writer of many books...including books like..Inspire the Sleeping Giant Within; How to Stay Motivated During Difficult Times..and also reached my dream of founding several successful companies that networth have surpassed the million dollar mark...all that by the age of 26...because of the tips shared in this book.. Owning this book..is a very small investment that will return emotional, spiritual, and financial profits beyond your wildest dreams....buy this book today...you cannot afford not to have it.. |
