Suppose one day, quite without warning, your brain were able to function in such a manner that intuition became near certainty? What if the environment, other people, animals, the universe itself gave off clear, unambiguous answers to your questions?
Do you ponder the origin of this profound ability and attempt to use it for some great purpose or simply try to understand it and incorporate it into your life? The author puts us inside the mind of Ryan Forbes as he attempts to realize the limits of his new gift, and its consequences, for himself and for those he loves. Highly recommended.

Light but heavy. Riviting.,

This is exactly the type of novel I love to find: new, young writer; intriguing plot involving young adults enjoying social interaction in a moral, decent setting. The writing style flows, and the imagery is masterful. Para-scientific speculation adds to depth. Characterization is varied and believable. Language shows an educated vocabulary and it flows with grace.
I look forward to more writing by this young novelist. |
