Good but could be better., April 11, 2000
This review is from: How to Set Up and Implement a Records Management System (Hardcover)
I found this book to be a good starting point but by no means comprehensive. It really could use a more complete treatment of the logistical aspects of creating an RMS. It gives a good overview of determining your needs but lacks when it comes time to set up the actual system.
