4.0 out of 5 stars Fine book for starts, April 2, 2000

This review is from: How to Incorporate and Start a Business in Delaware (Paperback)
It's a good book for starts. This definitely clears a lot of concepts for a beginner entrepreneur. Of course, if you really need to go the big way, it's always best to consult a proper attorney. It is a good idea for this book as a quick reference on the desk of the entrepreneur.

This review is from: How to Incorporate and Start a Business in Delaware (Paperback)
Whenever I ask experienced business people which are the best books to read for Incorporating, the name J.W. Dicks always comes up. I have purchased several books by Mr. Dicks and have been very satisfied with the results.

Dicks is very thorough, is an Attorney as well as a entrepneneur. He is one who has done it, can teach it and has the legal background to boot.

I highly recommend this or any book by J.W.Dicks.
