Most relationships don't go longer than the `hitching' part. And that's where tips like what the writer had suggested in the book appear to be very useful. Number 1: It's because he is a male himself and his insights on the male mind is very valuable and informative. Number 2: Sometimes, it is easy to get that 'spark' back in a relationship and to keep it rolling for a longer time and more, but the magic essence is missing and one needs to study and get it.
That's what the book offers, and I've yet to master it. But I will try my best and nab that man of mine, like a long time, or perhaps forever? This is a manual-like informative theory lesson that is very valuable and crucial to us ladies. 9 stars for it. -- Reviewstream.com, August 20, 2008

AIMED AT WOMEN ALREADY IN A RELATIONSHIP,
By
This review is from: How To Keep Your Man: And Keep Him For Good (Paperback)
The majority of books on dating and relationships aimed at us women seem to be about how to get a guy, how to find a guy, how to meet a man. I liked this book because it was more aimed at women already in a relationship and what she can do to keep that relationship good. Women always want men to understand them, but we need to have a better understanding of men as well. How To Keep Your Man really did offer some good advice on how to get along better with your male partner. It explains how men think in a lot of situations, why they sometimes don't respond to us women how we would like, and generally what men expect in a relationship. While this book doesn't provide answers to everything (what book does, after all), it was definitely worth reading and I plan to keep this one on my bookshelf to refer to in future if I need to.

Worth Reading for Younger Women,
By Sharon Tyler (Minnesota, USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: How To Keep Your Man: And Keep Him For Good (Paperback)
Three and a half stars from me. Not a bad book. Average to above average. My main problem with this self-help book was that I already knew a lot of the information contained within its pages, although it did offer some very good advice. But then again, I'm 43 and have a fair bit of experience with men and how they think.
This book would be good for younger women and definitely worth a read if you are in your twenties or early thirties.

LADIES MUST READ,
By
This review is from: How To Keep Your Man: And Keep Him For Good (Paperback)
I have personally read alot of books on relationships MEn in general and this book has information but most of it, its common sense and it really doesnt tell you how to keep him your man for good, i have read other real good books like how to get your man to commit, but overall its ok doesnt have much detail or reference. Its from a typical guys point of view.
