Even though this book is a little outdated, I loved it. The author provides some basic survival skills for families, and helps alleviate some of the guilt that is always carried by the families, especially the mothers, of a mentally ill child. Thank you!

This a great book to learn how to live the daily life with someone you love who suffers with this illness. My son has schizophrenia and sometimes I refer back to it to remind myself that they are not trying to be in your way. Its not there fault. Its helped me a lot. Good Luck!
