What a wonderful simple, yet very helpful and insightful little book. I wish it came in a hard copy, so I could carry it in my back pocket and refer to it daily. So much of it is just common sense, but we need to be reminded and hear it again and again. I recommend this to anyone going though a life change, it certainly works for me.

Enlightening ... Now all I need to do is follow the author's advice. He makes tons of sense. I can't believe that he puts it in an easily understandable format that has me saying, I can't believe it; this is something that you sort of know deep inside yourself - it has me thinking, why haven't I been doing this all along! I will do my best to follow the Dr.'s suggestions as I know I will be a happier person for it and everyone around me will be as well. Easier said than done! I will give it my all.

The only reason I did not give it a 5* rating was because of the adverts for his additional papers, blogs and conferences. I guess if I were in his shoes, I would use the opportunity for free advertisement as well :) I would welcome the opportunity to meet the author one day.
