Daniel J. Barach has worked in the investment management industry since 1990. He was the founder and manager of the general partner of MLT Capital, L.P. (a New York City based long/short equity hedge fund.) MLT Capital, L.P.'s five year audited compound annual growth rate was 29.54% gross versus the S & P 500 Total Return of (0.56%) during 1999-2003. MLT Capital, L.P.'s nine year audited track record averaged 21.08% gross versus the S & P 500 Total Return of 4.86% during 1999-2007. MLT Capital, L.P.'s audited returns were achieved despite being very long biased and relatively un-leveraged.

Daniel J. Barach is currently self-employed consulting about stocks. He is in the process of writing a few new books as well as a play. He has also written parts of several screenplays and has completed three. He is considering speaking engagements.
