Better than paying for starbucks! I would recommend to any one who is an avid coffee drinker on a daily basis

So that's how they make it
I love iced coffee. I buy it from McD's often, but they have a problem with adding too much cream, no matter what you tell them. This recipe book showed me how to make that great dark cold coffee at home. The recipe for cold brew coffee, I would never have thought that was how they make it. Yummy recipes, will keep making iced coffee at home and saving the 2 plus dollars to get one at McD's.

LOVE Coffee, Solid Book
Solid group of coffee drinks. With cookbooks of any sort I always enjoy the clickable TOC and this book works great. All in all if you're a coffee fan and enjoy messing around with your drink of choice this should be a good move.

Interactive TOC- yay!

Instructions for cold brewed coffee- yay! This is a big one. Cold brewed coffee tends to cut the acid, it's even recommended if you like coffee and suffer from heartburn you use the cold brew method then reheat the coffee. Cold brew will give a smoother deeper taste to your coffee drinks.

Delicious recipes- yay. While I'm a lover of hot, black coffee and espresso, I also love decadent coffee drinks.

The iced Thai coffee, using the sweetened condensed milk, is spot on with what I've been served in restaurants. For Vietnamese iced coffee leave out the cloves and cinnamon.

Have fun with this book! Great for people who love coffee flavored drinks.

Two chubby thumbs up

I live in a city where we have only one Dunkin' Donuts and iced coffee is not exactly their specialty. Yet I travel frequently to Rhode Island, where there is a DD on every corner. It was there I got totally addicted to iced coffee. Then I came home and went into withdrawals. I don't like Starbucks as well, for some reason, so I tried to make my own. As I found out, you don't brew a cup of coffee and add ice to it.

Now I know how to get that Dunkin' Donuts (or Starbucks, if you like) drink in the comfort of my own kitchen! The recipes work, and although I got this book on a free download, it is WELL worth one cup of coffee. Highly recommended for iced coffee addicts !

5.0 out of 5 stars Iced Coffee is just another sip of heaven March 31, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition
I'm not a huge coffee drinker but I enjoy a daily cup or two. However, living in the South where the weather from late spring thru mid fall can be fairly warm with the summers stifling and muggy, that steaming cup of joe isn't always the way to go. Enter iced coffee which gives one that satisfying caffeine fix with a refreshing cool-down. And even more so than hot coffee this is like dessert, hence the appreciation of a wide variety of flavors. I so plan on using every last one of these recipes over the warm months! Two snaps up in Z formation!
