About the Author

Diana Brodman Summers has an undergraduate degree from Roosevelt University, Chicago, Illinois, and a J.D. from DePaul College of Law, Chicago, Illinois. Diana is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, DuPage County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She is an arbitrator for Cook and DuPage counties. Mark Warda received his B.A. from the University of Illinois in Chicago and his J.D. from the University of Illinois in Champaign. He practiced law in Clearwater, Florida, then gave up a busy practice to publish self-help law books. He has written or co-authored over forty books, including How to Negotiate Real Estate Contracts.
