About the Author

Edward A. Haman received his bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University and his law degree from the University of Toledo. He has practiced law in Florida, Michigan and Hawaii, and has served as a Michigan Circuit Court domestic relations hearing officer. He has written many self-help law books, including How to File Your Own Divorce and How to Write Your Own Living Will. Mark Warda received his B.A. from the University of Illinois in Chicago and his J.D. from the University of Illinois in Champaign. He practiced law in Clearwater, Florida, then gave up a busy practice to publish self-help law books.
