I bought this book with high expectations and was let down once I received it. This book, while it contains some good information, is poorly written and would be half as thick if the author didn't repeat the same information over and over in several chapters. The book is full of gramatical errors and I would recommend the author find a new editor if he wishes to write any more books in the future.

I would recommend this book only if it were for sale at 1/3 the price!

This book was a waste of money. The author may know what he his writing about, but he certainly does not know how to write what he knows. Credibility of the author is totaly lost as a result of the juvenile way the book was written. He should fire his editor and hire a 6th grader.

I do not write many reviews but I thought it was important to write a review on this book. This book is a must have for beginners. It does a great job breaking down how judgements work. It was very useful. I highly recommend it for landlords like myself.

This book is a good informative book if this is a way u would like to make money
