Do you know who will get your property if you die without a will? How to Make a Pennsylvania Will explains Pennsylvania law regarding wills and joint property and includes ready-to-use forms. It will show you how to quickly, easily and inexpensively set up the distribution of your estate.

Did you know?
You can prepare your own will
You can decide who will care for your minor children
Joint ownership might overrule your will
Your spouse can overrule your will
Getting married can invalidate your will
Some property may be exempt from your will
You can avoid probate with a simple bank account
Your will does not have to be recorded--it can be kept secret until your death
You can forbid the use of artificial life-support systems if you become terminally ill
