I have tried so many times to control my tongue. It gets me into so much trouble, especially causing conflict at home. I have prayed about it over the years, and memorized scripture. I am sorry to say that didn't help, but I guess it just wasn't God's timing. But He has used this wonderful little book to finally help me to slow down and think before I speak. I am very slowly going through this book, and allowing several days for the messages to marinate before moving on to the next day. I love the journaling opportunity at the end of each day. The author shares her own experiences that I could relate to, which was great encouragement. Thank you, Connie! You were faithful in writing this great study guide.

Connie's devotional book is a must read for anyone wanting to improve their daily communication with others. God warned us about the dangers of the tongue. Connie helps remind us of God's wisdom and how to manage our tongues. Her words are insightful and encouraging. After reading her practical words and suggestions, you will find yourself guarding your thoughts and your words in ways you have not done before.

I bought this book to use as a devotional, but once I started it, I had to read more than one day at a time. My husband had confronted me with my propensity to want to argue with him and I had to do something about my attitude and mouth; this was just what I needed to read! My thanks to Connie for taking the time to organize the scriptures and her thoughts in "How to Manage Your Mouth".

Connie's eBook offers a practical and helpful guide to invite Spirit-led speech into our every day conversation. As a mother and wife, I found this book especially helpful for daily family interaction (when we are most apt to slip and let our emotions control our speech). Connie offers insight and wisdom on the subject of guarding our hearts and filling our days with loving words.

How to manage your mouth is a great resource for people who want to do more than just READ about how to manage their mouth; they want to DO it!

Written in short inspirational chapters each day gives you a Biblical verse, thoughtful reflection and meaningful action step.

While managing your month is NOT easy. Using the book as your guide IS!

I was honestly surprised at how much this e-book spoke to me, right from the beginning. Connie is so honest, and so wise. She doesn't talk down to the reader, and her advice on controlling your tongue is so practical. I am planning to use this e-book as a devotional study with my children this summer. We all need it.

I thought that this book was great. I am so much more conscious of the words that come out of my mouth. I too was a "chatterbox" as a child. The more you watch what you say and what you don't say makes your life much sweeter. I would recommend this to everyone.
