About the Author

Artist Jackie Miller has been a continuing student of the mind/body connection in the context of personal growth and health for most of her adult life. When she was confronted with the challenge of migraines, she consulted her physician and accepted the only treatment available at the time...pain medication. This helped, but each migraine was still a battering experience which strongly motivated her to search for a better way. She drew upon the experience from her studies to develop the method which finally proved successful.
