This is the most practical guide to living in the moment I've found. 100 simple and FUN small practical ways to get the most out of living. The photographs alone make the book a must have.
You can, and he recommends, skip around in the book. No need to read from beginning to end. Simply pick it up now and then, open to a random page and try the practcial example on that page to connect with what is real. Examples include ideas on how to reconnect with someone from your past, how to go without money for a day and other great practical ideas on how to "get out of a rut".
