Packed full of solid, reliable information (Sara has lived in Italy since 2003), this e-booklet explains all the different types of coffee drinks you'll find in Italy, and, incidentally, what you won't find -- no flavored syrups and creams! Best of all, it is well-illustrated with high-quality photos and the pronunciation guides will ensure you'll know exactly how to order your desired coffee in Italy -- or, at the very least, have the word(s) and possibly a photo to point to!
This booklet would be a fabulous gift for coffee lovers, Italophiles, or anyone headed to Italy -- there's just no better Italian coffee resource out there.
However, once you here and those big cups are nowhere to be found, then you need to settle with smaller ones.
What I like about this book is that it goes straight to the point. It is a good companion to have in the bar while you are having the first coffee of the morning.
Simple and straight to the point. Like a good espresso.
I learned through my colleague to order Cafe Americana, which is more like the coffee we
are used to here.

The information in this book is useful and from my travels in Italy I would say it is very accurate. However, I think the price is way too high for what you get.Published on April 7, 2013 by R.M.
