This great book from Heather Lane was just what I needed to help get my home organized. Heather shows how to make the most out of even the smallest of spaces- my closets and cabinets have never looked better. I love reading Kindle books on organizing around the house. I always get a great idea or feel motivated to make changes. Reading books on organization are great if you need to clean out a closet or garage. This book also explains how to make rooms appear larger. Something I hadn't read about in any other book. However the author does not mention using mirrors which is what I do in my apartment to make rooms look larger. She does spend a lot of time discussing furniture placement. There is also a clever idea to find out which clothes you don't wear in a year. So before your small space "devolves into chaos" get this book and take the no mercy approach. This book will help you get rid of the clutter and make your small space a home.

This book is ok if you have no concept of clean or organization. It's very common sense info and didn't add much useful info. It is very short - and would work better as a pamphlet, bochure, or essay. Not worth it.

This book was a wonderful, easy, and informative read! The author writes using such an easy-to-understand tone and dialect that I was able to finish the entire book quickly and with ease. The book does a fantastic job of explaining the basic steps to getting organized, especially when dealing with small spaces; something that I definitely needed help with. Now, thanks to Heather Lane, I feel confident and very pleased with my new organization strategies; something I bet a lot of people could learn how to do better! Ms. Lane's writing is superb and I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in decluttering!
