The list author says: "These are among my favorites. My orthopedist gave me PT exercises and said if I did them, I would not have problems. He was pretty much on the mark. However, occasionally, it happens. I can self massage my back, or use Yamuna's Ball which I have also. I believe information on the balls can be found here, as I bought them with the book for myself and my sister as well. This is not the Swiss Ball, but it is a special massage ball that is strong enough to hold the weight of the body without bursting."
