4.0 out of 5 stars Great Creative ideas to increase employee loyalty, October 31, 2007
This review is from: How to Recognize and Reward Employees: 150 Ways to Inspire Peak Performance (Worksmart) (Paperback)
I especially like the 100 ideas in the back, ways to do stuff for your employees that don't break the bank. But the whole book is really helpful, whether you have a big corporation or a small business with 2 employees.
