Anyone can take a few lessons from Angela Park in "How to Relax -- Mind, Body & Soul." Her insights are well-earned and her book takes you through the steps and means to learn how to let go and relax. As an A-type personality myself, I learned more than a few things in reading Angela's book. The cover is beautiful and the book draws you in. It's an easy and comfortable read. Her 9th tip in learning how to relax, "Believe in Yourself," including the bit about self-talk is important for anyone on a journey of self-actualization. Take a few tips from Angela and get busy relaxing.

The content of this fairly short book isn't bad, but the proofreading is appalling. I noticed numerous errors (probably at least two per page) including misspellings, omitted words and letters, occasional grammar lapses, etc. A spellchecker won't pick up things like "weakly" instead of "weekly" and "mediation" instead of "meditation", which is why it's inexcusable to publish unless your book has been well proofread and edited.

Frankly, I was surprised to see all the other reviews were either 4 or 5 stars and didn't even mention any typos. I'm glad I got the book when it was free - it has some good ideas, but its brevity and all the errors make it not worth paying for.

In todays world stress is a common denomiator. We wake up with stress, go to work with it, and go to sleep with stress. This book gives a few tools to reduce that stress. Stress can will destroy relationships, and worse case it can kill one. Any tool or set of tools one can use is always helpful.

It's funny, I take a Yoga class and much of what is written her on stress banishment is the same as what the Yoga teacher says.
This is a good guide to a relaxing way.

I thought this might be just another of many similar books on relaxation already on the market. However; it turns out that Park has a few unique suggestions which this reader would not have thought of. She offers much choice on how to eliminate stress and does so in a direct and accessible way. Her writing style is upbeat and easy to understand.

I would recommend you buy this book if you feel a need to live a more comfortable life, where you are at one with yourself and the world around you. Nicely written and a joy to read.

The book is short and to-the-point. It helps you to discover what you need to do to relax and what relaxation techniques you can try to find the ones that work for you. It covers the some interesting topics, such as external and internal stressors, taking control of your stress problem, self-awareness etc. It also provides useful guidance in eating, taking vitamins, exercising, breathing, and even drinking water. It gives you insights in meditating and performing progressive muscle relaxation, as well as various relaxation techniques – both physical and mental.
I recommend this book to everyone, since most of us could benefit from relaxing more. Plus, the book is very informative and a good guide to decreasing stress.

It is an interesting reading. People faced stress and they want a solution. In fact this book offers many solutions to release stress. The problem is everyone has different problem. This book can't solve everyone's problem but list some ways we may use it on our own way. But realizing some good ideas will be helpful anyway.
