Advice from an Expert,

This review is from: How to Rock Climb: Nutrition for Climbers (Paperback)
The author is not only an excellent natural foods chef, but one of the finest rock climbers to ever come out of America. READ her and pay attention!Beth is not just an extreme climber, but a professor of micro-biology and researches everything she cooks with, writes and commits herself to with a zest that we can all learn from. She was the first woman to lead the Naked Edge in Eldorado Canyon, and she impresses me even more with her cooking! You can trust that her recipes and ingredients will both keep you buffed AND taste terrific - Don't miss this book! RJ Fleming info@guidesource.com GuideSource International
