Very relevant and well written book
I thought it was a well written and informative book. The information provided was easy to understand, thorough and relevant. A MUST READ for any homeowner BEFORE filing for bankruptcy. Well worth the cost!

I was devastated from the recent flooding and my house was severly damaged. This book help me arrange a payment plan with the bank when I fell behind on my mortgage payments due to a short unemployment status. I highly recommend this short masterpiece.

I purchased this book when I was 3 months behind on my mortgage payments. It helped me immensely and taught me how I can negotiate a payment plan with my mortgage company. I will recommend the book to anyone I know that can use this knowledge.
