Strongly recommended if you have a keen interest in improving your visual literacy.

Contains a wonderful essay on visual literacy, what it is, and how it is missing in most people.

Followed by photo essays on aspects of acquiring visual literacy.

Very recommended.

A must for any visual artist. Witty and enlightening. Has been a favorite in my library since 1979. Material is still as fresh and relevant today as it was then.
