This book provides clear cut step-by-step instructions on how to sell a business. The author explains each part of the seven-step process in laymen's terms, so there's no confusion. As I read this book, I felt as if I had a business sales broker right in the same room with me, explaining everything as I went along. The author even offers additional support and resources via the website. Don't try to sell your business without first reading this book - you'll be so glad you did!

I highly recommend reading this book if you plan to sell your business someday. It is well written and a very easy read, filled with just about everything you need to know from locating a buyer for your business all the way through closing the sale. I've been thinking about selling my business for a very long time, but I kept putting it off because I didn't know how to go about it, until I stumbled across this book. This book provides readers with everything they need to know about how to best go about selling their business. I liked that the author is thorough with giving all of the information readers need to pull it off. I had questions on how to negotiate an offer and the author easily covered all of those steps on what I needed.

This was an extremely helpful book. I purchased it hoping it would give me ideas about selling my business even though I did not really think it was something I could do by myself. Here is just about everything you'll ever need to sell your business. I loved that the guide provided clear, simple instructions laid out in seven steps plus additional resources and support via the author's website. This book helped my friend easily achieve their goal of finally getting around to selling their business which has allowed them with more free time to vacation, and more. I'm happy she didn't need to hire anyone to help her sell the business and was able to do it herself.

This was a very helpful guide. I am familiar with the basics of selling a business as I have sold one business before. However the step by step approach in this book was very clear and made me aware of some things I had previously overlooked. If I had only had this book then, I would have been better prepared. That being said, this book is very easy to read and it is straightforward. It covers all the things you need to know and do when selling your business. This is a must buy for every business owner.
