The title of this book talks the talk but the pages don't walk the walk. It wasn't the entertaining read that i expected. the book is not comprehensive enough to be of any use and at times, it appeared, not mature enough for the audience I believe the author is catering to.

This book is akin to a fashion magazine. There are lots of great pictures, and interesting celebrity "sex goddess" profiles, but you won't gain anything significant by reading this. The "sex tips" are bland and very typical -- nothing new to be learned here.
There's not much else to say about this book. It didn't teach me anything I didn't already know, and I'm not sure why I bothered to waste money and time on it.

Ok my honest opinion is this: I didn't enjoy the book all.
I've read all the information in the book before and I didn't learn anything new about men. I thought it might help me see the guys view so I could understand men better, but I found the whole love yourself live in the moment stuff a bit patronising. It's not written particularly well. I was very disappointed with this book! If you haven't read any books like this before it may be helpful for you. I would recommend this book to someone who really is at rock bottom and cannot motivate themselves to make an effort with their appearance or notice their good qualities at all but I feel I am reasonably happy with myself so didnt really find it much help. I suggest saving your money for a better quality book with more real insight.
