This book has the info you need to sue in small claims court in Texas and win. It would be better if it had a few more details, and the forms in it are only for Harris county, and they are probably dated even for Harris county. However, the forms do ask for the all the information you are likely to need for any county, so after you fill them out you can get the correct forms for your county and just transfer the information.

Now, this is only half the book. The other half gives you the information you need to actually collect any money you are awarded, since it's not a given that winning the suit means the person you sued will immediately hand you a check. This is really good information to have.
