I had to read this book for speech class and it has been helpful for many reasons. Public speaking is not something that comes naturally to me, and this book taught effective ways to calm my nerves before my speech. It also taught me basic steps to writing and rehearing my speech. This is an excellent book, and I would recommend it to anyone.
