This book is excellent for the burnt-out job seeker wanting to foil the jerks in Corporate America by beating them at their own dishonest games. Excellent advice for creating the credentials to get your foot in the door. Read and follow the information in reverse, and get a better than average job! Are you tired of the LIES you get from job interviewers who try to get you to take a crappy, low-paying job, such as "We are growing fast, you'll move up quickly", "We always try to promote from within before looking on the outside", "The hourly base pay is low but you'll double it with commissions", "We are flexible with schedules", "We have an open door policy". Need I go on? Quit trying to beat them, JOIN THEM!

wayne fords book is a very helpful little manual for those of you in human resources and in charge of hiring.but its also a good book for persons like myself,who am i? i got this book because i am a professional phony resume writer.i read his book "backwards" .in other words, i read books such as his because i am the type of person that you are trying to catch.and by reading his book it lets me know just what you nosey h.r. types are up to. all in all, a good buy for h.r pricks and those who want to know "how to write a Phony resume" recomended.Also, kudos to mr.ford,i just landed a good job,much thanks!

Dr. Ford has nailed down 99% of the scams and frauds that phonies use to try to get jobs they shouldn't have. This book is absolutely neccessary for anyone who has the job of trying to protect a hiring organization from phonies. It should be on the desk of all HR people as well as independent recruiters, counselors, and instructors. Well done!
