About the Author

Judge Charles Robertson II is a member of the Domestic Relations section of the Georgia Bar and was recently elected Chief Magistrate of Cherokee County. He is a managing partner in the firm of Robertson & Walker in Marietta, Woodstock, and Douglasville, Georgia.

Mark Warda received his B.A. from the University of Illinois in Chicago, his J.D. from the University of Illinois in Champaign and attended St. Edmund's College in Oxford, England. He practiced law in Clearwater, Florida, then gave up a busy practice to publish self-help law books. He has written or co-authored over forty self-help law books, including How to Form Your Own Corporation and How to Register Your Own Trademark.
