Great legal overview,

I really like the book as it gives you a great and easy to understand overview about the legal issues involved into starting your own company.
It is well structured and written which makes it easy to find specific topics quickly. I was a little worried before ordering it that it might be difficult to understand (as it was written by lawers...) but that was not at all the case. |
