There is a lot of very useful information in this book, but it is heavily based on Christian religious beliefs. As an atheist, I am trying very hard to sift through the religious text to get to the practical information. There is no mention of how religiously based this book is on the cover or in any descriptions of the book that I have seen, so I was pretty surprised to see the extent of religious content.
