Review

I have had a very cruel boyfriend. Nothing I ever did was good enough for him. Nothing I ever did could ever seem to please him. And all I did was giving him my heart because I loved him so much. But he tried to keep me down on my knees, he always was trying to make me feel small. My self-confidence was lost. I have always been a beautiful girl but started to feel that I am not. He had control over me. When I was with him I never felt pretty enough, never felt sexy enough and never felt good enough. Not until I found this awsome book that changed completely my life. This book has helped me to escape from this black hole that he made for me. It helped me to break forever with this person. It also helped me to got myself back up on my feet and open my eyes. I would never let anymore someone to take my right to feel beautiful. Now I stand with my head held high and I feel beautiful and sexy. And it's all because this book helped me realize that. Because my ex tried to make me feel worthless but now I know I am not. My worth is priceless and I got back my pride. I am incredibly thankful to the authors who have written such an amazing book that I am sure will help other women too. Thank you so much for helping me taking back my life! -- Katheen Williams (Las Vegas, Nevada)

I never thought I had the confidence to attract men, but all it took was this book which helped me to realize that I have certain qualities that attract men!

I had trouble meeting men. I mean, I wanted to meet men, but it was hard approaching them, and I didn't get approached by men much. Now when I walk into a bar, men notice me and I have a great time! I find it easier to approach men and talk to them.

I have a new found confidence that men find very attractive! I found a part of me I never knew I had! I have applied all of the tips and they have worked great. I would definitely recommend this to all single women out there. It has really worked wonders for me. This resource has increased my confidence and self esteem and I feel better than ever. All the tips are great and very useful! I highly recommend it! I am very grateful and a happier person! Great book! -- Melanie Roberts (Boston MA USA)

OK, I sound like a TV Shop actor when I say, "It really works", but I bought it for a work colleague who was a, well a little lonely and she is not lonely anymore! It was a miraculous transformation and it really was down to the confidence and the inside information that this book gave her.

If you're on this page already, I recommend you take the next step. It's a small investment that could change your life.

Well done Mandy Simons. Well done. -- hero2zero

This book has helped me to become a self-confident woman who knows how to take care of herself and attracts many good looking men. Mandy Simons is a knowledgable yet understanding author...it's like talking to your ideal best friend! The book relates to so many areas of my life. Almost every chapter has dealt with something close to my heart. I plan to read it over and over again so that I can fully absorb Simon's lessons and incorporate them into my life. This is the greatest self-help book I've read! -- Samantha Tufte (Beverly Hills, CA USA)

This book not only taught me how to look hot but it also increased my self-confidence. I also learned how to be happy, look at the bright side of life, be and stay optimistic, smile more often, have faith in myself, have greater inner power and strength, have the ability to inspire and motivate myself and others, believe in myself and in my abilities and be respected from all people. This book brings optimism into your life, and makes it easier to attract men. This great book gave me to gifts- it changed the way I look and now I feel really beautiful, and it also changed my thinking into positive way. I can proudly say that after reading this book I have become a magnet for men! Now I have that self-confidence that all women deserve! In short, I want to say that I LOVE THIS BOOK! It is a must read for every woman who wants to have it all! -- Jane Cooper (New Jersey)

Are you kidding me? These authors must of had all their friends write the reviews. Honestly, Amazon I feel I am entitled to a full refund of the money I paid for this trash and my time! Their tips are "wear make up" and "wash your hair" and "never go out of the house looking ugly". There were so many spelling and grammar mistakes, I just don't understand how this was ever published. Ladies....please do not waste your money as I did. There is NO useful information in this book.

This book isn't even written in normal, gramatically correct English. Instead of "rich" she says "reach", instead of "hair" she writes "her", there are different fonts where it is obvious that edits were made. "...dress always nice and ..." I could go on and on in the few pages that I actually read of this book. [...] She tells you to buy fake purses on the internet, take a taxi to a party so noone will see you arrive and then walk to the middle of the room and wait for someone to take your coat for you. Are you kidding me?

I don't know where this book was written but the worst translation job I've ever seen in a book or someone needs to purchase a dictionary if they published themselves! Poor grammar interupts the text repeated - I'm talking every single page, almost every paragraph!

Please don't waste your money. [...] There are many more books on the subject of positive body image that are worth your money. Check out the "Science of Sexy" by Bradley Bayou.

Though I felt a little silly, the reviews for this book were all five star reviews, so I thought, why not? Well, why not is that you could get the same tips from one issue of Cosmo. Tips were contradictory and seemed aimed at someone fifteen years younger than me (I'm 30) or maybe just someone living fifteen years ago. This one is a definite pass.

I can usually obtain some value from any book no matter how poorly written. This one is written or edited by someone who appears to not speak English. The grammar is so poor it is difficult to read. The content is written in elementary school style and would appeal to very young women in content - essentially some basics on popularity but no information for anyone over age 19. I am a huge book lover but actually recycled this one i was so disappointed. kat Seattle Wa.

I bought this book because the title sounded interesting. I just turned 35 and feel that I am a confident, sexy, professional woman, but newly single, I thought why not check it out to see what it had to offer. What a mistake! Ignoring all of the obvious typos, I found this book to be overly simplistic in its advice. In addition, there are many just plain bad suggestions that the authors recommend, such as going to a tanning booth or laying out in the sun to get a tan. I hope any woman who reads this has at least a little sense to use good judgement before partaking in some of these suggestions. From now on, I will rely on what has worked for me in the past everytime, which is my own self-confidence rather than looking to a [...] piece of [...] written for a teenager.

A lot of the suggestions in this book are common sense (like good hygiene and wearing clothes that fit). Nothing too new here that you can't find in other books, but it was nice that it was presented as a list vs. long paragraphs of nothing just to have one sentence of value.

[...]. It made me have to re-read quite a bit in order to understand what they were saying. There were even a couple of items that were repeated or rephrased as a new point even though it was already covered earlier.

It wasn't worth purchasing, but I'd recommend borrowing it from a friend or skimming through it in a bookstore because overall, there are some good points and the self-affirmation section is better than most other "how to..." books.

My girlfriends and i were casually discussing flirting tactics one day, so for fun we searched around in amazon, found this book, read all of the very high reviews, and were super excited to start reading it (in a very goofy, girly way.) When the book arrived, I picked it up, read it in less than an hour, and was very let down. The book is written in list form, which I'm fine with, and then seperated into different chapters. However, I felt that the information provided wasn't really anything new and was honestly reiterated in various unnecessary wordy paragraphs (or points, i guess) over and over again, [...]. Some points were cute, but to me seemed obvious and very tongue in cheek ( ie: men like when girls wear pink or peach cause it's like a pretty flower, make sure to shower because no one likes a dirty girl) and I dug the section about the importance of confidence and how you need to love yourself, but there were too many obstacles in the way for me to enjoy much of the book. [...]. After about 100 tips I basically skimmed through the rest of the book, and sat there pretty dumbfounded about why everyone loved this book. Maybe I'm missing something, or perhaps I should have read this in highschool instead of now in my mid twenties, but it wasn't worth the [money] that's for sure.
