from author of WISE WOMAN"S GUIDE TO EROTIC VIDEOS,
A Kid's Review
This review is from: How to Survive Dating: By Hundreds of Happy Singles Who Did and Some Things to Avoid from a Few Broken Hearts Who Didn't (Hundreds of Heads Survival Guides) (Paperback)
After you've read He's Just Not That Into You and The Rules, you'll need How to Survive Dating from Hundreds of Heads-yes, that is the name of the publisher and you will soon see why! The stories and advice in this book are written by men and women who have-from lots of experience and mistakes-figured out what works and what will just derail you when you're dating. Reading the book-which is really fun to browse-is like having hundreds of experts guide you through the hurdles of getting to happily ever after. The book gives you great advice on where to find him/her-from first date, to first sex, living together and marching down the isle. How to Survive Dating will get you out there dating again and give you-as they say in those training sessions-the tools, support and information you need to have fun when you date. And the stories people tell on themselves-you'll love the heartwarming, funny and oh-so-honest voices. I've already given one copy to a friend trolling the online dating services-she was really grateful after she read this book. As for you-just get out there and do it-I really recommend this book-it is like having a hundred of friends coaching you before each date.

Great book,
This review is from: How to Survive Dating: By Hundreds of Happy Singles Who Did and Some Things to Avoid from a Few Broken Hearts Who Didn't (Hundreds of Heads Survival Guides) (Paperback)
This is an amusing and useful read. The perspectives you'll get in this book are what you'll run into in the real world. If you're on the market, you'll want to know what you're in for, and what you're up against. If you're not, you'll laugh at what you're missing, and maybe envy it a little. Amusing, unbelievable and sometimes even informative.

Very funny....and very true,

A friend bought me this book after I broke up with my boyfriend - she thought I needed to improve my "dating skills". I wasn't planning on reading it but when I started flipping through it, I couldn't stop. The stories are hilarious and - much to my surprise - I did learn some things (especially from the chapter on online dating) I only wish she had given me the book a few years earlier... could have saved myself some heartache.

Great sampling of perspectives on this imprecise process,
This review is from: How to Survive Dating: By Hundreds of Happy Singles Who Did and Some Things to Avoid from a Few Broken Hearts Who Didn't (Hundreds of Heads Survival Guides) (Paperback)
I enjoyed the different perspectives of other people on their philosophy and expectations for dating. Reading through the comments makes you realize that a one-size-fits-all approach does not work in dating. You can expect your behavior to have a great result with one person and less spectacular results with another. It isn't anything personal, and that is what makes things interesting.
However, this might disappoint some looking for a formulaic approach to dating. Instead, your goal when reading this book should be to recognize different viewpoints while evaluating your own opinions on dating and relationships.

This book has honest advice (and funny stories!) from men and women who are in the dating game. I love how the juicy stuff is written by 'anonymous'! This book is better than dating books that stick to one theory on how to meet (and how to keep!) someone interesting. It covers a range of suggestions from a diverse group.

My sister gave me this book last week. At first, I was annoyed. But then I cracked it open and couldn't stop laughing. This book is great fun....and its pretty interesting too. The style is all short pieces of advice and stories from people across the country sharing their experiences. I guess I'm not alone. May actually try some of this advice. Don't tell my sister.
