Finally, an honest book on organizations,

This review is from: How To Survive In An Organization (Paperback)
Having met the author, he is a personable, honest and direct person. A contrarian in my opinion, which is a good thing when dealing with issues openly. In his book, he goes into many areas on the realities of corporations and businesses. Heaphey makes it clear that he is not trying to resolve the issues, but rather allow people a guide to surviving in these environments. This book simply should be must reading for people going into business schools, along with anyone getting a job at a major corporation. Having worked at several larger companies, this book verifies my insights than many managers and leaders simply do not know what they are doing and use various devices to survive. Read this book for some great insights. The author cuts out the PC garbage, along with giving honest feedback to what makes business work in America. Jim, excellent job!
