5.0 out of 5 stars Buy it! Read it! Live it!
While this book centers around Tiger Woods and is filled with interesting facts about his career and success, the focus is about achieving a life balance and focusing on your own success--not the prize. Easy to read with a relaxed prose, the author is clearly in his "zone." Buy it and be encouraged in your own life.

1.0 out of 5 stars VERY misleading, March 21, 2010
This review is from: How Tiger Does It (Hardcover)
I bought this book because I've heard so much about Tiger Woods and I wanted the words straight from him. BUYER BEWARE! Although you might believe you know what you're purchasing, I was very upset to find that nowhere in this book did I learn "How Tiger Does It". I thought perhaps all the motivational speech in the beginning was buildup to the sexual explosion which was bound to occur, but there was no such delivery. I believe this book is attempting to sell subpar material on the coattails of this recent news.

Let it be known: if you want to know how Tiger does it you'll need to read the sext message transcript.

5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome read - Highly recommend, April 8, 2008
This review is from: How Tiger Does It (Hardcover)
This book was an interesting departure from the many other Tiger books that are biographical based. I really enjoyed the practical tips at the end of each chapter that I could implement into my own life using Tiger's example. As Tiger continues to dominate golf, the important questions and comments in the book will arouse more and more interest. I agree with the author's premise that he is the greatest athlete of all time, and offers tremendously valuable lessons for all of us in daily life.

1.0 out of 5 stars How does Tiger do it? This book won't tell you., May 20, 2009
This review is from: How Tiger Does It (Hardcover)
One searches for words to describe this book. Confused might be best. There is a whole lot of questionable advice about conducting one's business (for which the author's qualifications are, shall we say, unclear). Golfing advice is scant. For example, in the section on focus we learn (surprise) that a pre-shot routine is a pretty good idea. On the whole, the book can best be viewed as a celebration of self-absorption, which may well be a necessary quality of a great athlete (and even not so great ones like the author) but would not serve most of us very well as an attitude towards life. If you believe that "follow your bliss" is actually useful (or even coherent) advice, you might like this book.

That is to say, I am sorry I wasted my money.
