Apparently my opinion will differ with most of the others but I was stunned when I reached the conclusion in literally ten minutes. This is child's play advice - nothing ground breaking or revelatory. Seriously, do a simple search online and find the same info for free. The supplement section was particularly disappointing - "ginsing and pine pollen" - that's it? Save your money . Good topic - weak advice. Good luck. D.

All together this book helped me realize important facts about testosterone I knew very little about. I enjoyed reading the facts: How males in society are becoming more out of shape and less energetic due to low counts of "Free Testosterone," how our diets directly affect these levels, and much more in regards to how to correct this crisis. All in all I was thrilled to read this book, but the cost of the book along with the length is the only reason why I rated it with 4 stars. The epidemic men face with the lack of proper nutrition should not be ignored, and this book directly highlights many of these facts and will point you in the right direction.

No man wants to admit that they are losing the one hormone that defines their manliness but, for most men, testosterone declines are normal and affect their sexual functioning and the quality of their lives other ways as well. This book spells out (in non-medical terms) how to find a doctor, get a measurement of testosterone and how to naturally or medically remedy low levels. The book is easy to understand and the suggestions are easy to implement.
